Tanaja was very helpful throughout the process. I was a first-time buyer and still learning what was normal and what to expect. She was very kind to answer all my questions and provide me with advice. She helped me find inspectors and structural engineers. She asked what I liked and did not like about the house. Tanaja was never pushy and kept a rather fair mindset when suggesting an offer and due diligence offer. She also provided me comps for each of the houses I really liked, to help with my offer decisions. She also worked quickly and was easily accessible for follow-up. She encouraged questions and was flexible with scheduling house visits. She even is continuing to help me after the sale to make sure I have all the information I need for repairs I will be doing on my end. She even blessed me with a housewarming gift and a card to welcome me to home ownership.
